I like Nissan autos and I like my car serviced right the first time. I have a work associate who brought his new truck to a tire store to get his oil changed. He drove off after service only to find they had forgotten to put oil back in his truck!! And that is about all I needed to know. Thanks for being there when I need to have my car serviced properly. Ray is a phenomenal salesman and a really sweet person! I absolutely loved working with him and wish y’all had something on the lot I could buy. He showed me several cars and had answers to every question. This market is crazy though, so I had to go where a car became available, and ended up buying elsewhere just yesterday.
What I really want you to know is that your bald finance guy, whose name I cannot remember, is very off-putting to customers and disrespectful of Ray. Ray collected all the information needed to run some initial numbers for me - credit score, loan payoff, monthly payment, etc- then took them to the finance guy. A few minutes later, they returned together and the finance guy starts by saying, “Well honey…” Seriously? It’s 2021. He needs to be more careful with his language and delivery. Then he proceeded to ask me for every piece of information that I’d already given Ray, every single one! Nothing new. I kept looking back and forth from him to Ray as if to say, “Ray already collected this information.” It completely undermined Ray and made him look like he’d done something wrong or missed a step. Poor Ray looked defeated and just followed the guy back to his desk when they were done re-questioning me. The friend who was shopping with me was absolutely floored, she couldn’t believe what we were witnessing.
So Ray needs to know he’s doing a great job, and the other guy needs a warning before someone more feisty than myself comes along and he gets himself in real trouble.

Looked at a good number of cars…tried several…did buy a 2021 Nissan Rogue. Closing went very smooth. My salesman Gannon Lynch worked hard and was very accommodating . Will say Nissan office seemed more professional , pleasant and staff looked nicer.overall atmosphere more business like, compared to the Hyundai office where I started. Thanks
