The only thing negative is you have zero signs that direct you out by the service road as to where to go for car service. I had to walk inside one of your buildings and ask. It wouldn’t be that hard to put up a sign.

Service department was horrible, before departing the dealership, tire indicator light was on, toom car twice to service dept. Technician guy didn’t really know how much air to put in tire!! After instructing him to read tire.... drove home and put air in my own tires.. not good for just purchasing a vehicle...

Friendly services and goes over everything that your car needs before doing them.
Good service starts when you pull in the service bay. You are helped to know when to stop and then after you get out, protective coverings are put into your vehicle. Then, very helpful service advisors(in my case Ron Abramson) make sure you get everything checked that you require. The waiting areas are comfortable and the service is usually completed in a reasonable amount of time. It's nice to see this level of commitment in today's environment. Many thanks, keep it up.

Cam was amazing. I didn’t feel like I was being “sold” anything. He just got me all the information I needed. I have purchased many cars and I don’t like going to the regular dealerships due to that. I only went bc of the jeep I wanted was there. When he approached me, he immediately made me feel comfortable. Thanks again Cam!!!

I love my car. Its drives wonderfully. It stops on a dime. We didnt hit the deer that came across the road. It also stopped me from hitting a car in the parking lot. My Murano has more room in it than my old Rogue.
What I dont like about it is the cruise doesnt hold the car back going down a hill. It free wheels. The passenger seat should adjust like the driver seat.

The fact that I got to review with a someone about how the car works and the details of the car manual is unheard of. It was very helpful and the people were so nice and quick to help me out on anything. And of course the truck I got from there was amazing and very hard to find and get, but the people there helped me get it easily and quickly.
