My appointment was with Jennifer. Jennifer is very professional and I know my car will be taken care of. I brought in my car for an oil change and tire rotation. Jennifer reminded me i was due 45,000 mile service. Then she called me for I needed rear brakes. She also alerted me on next visit I will need front bakes. I appreciate Nissan taking care of me and my car. Thank you!! I am very confident in Don Franklin Nissan to take care of me and my car needs.

My Titan truck takes about 7 quarts of oil for an oil change The receipt shows a charge for 5 quarts of oil. I was assured the correct amount of oil was added

The auto service dept. checks your car for any other problems when you bring it in... and then they wash your car for you (I really like that).
