It was my first experience at the service center, and definitely will not be my last. Derek who was randomly assigned to my appointment was amazing. I know that I will continue to request him for future appointments. He took the time to listen to my vehicle concerns. I am extremely happy with my experience.

As I get older and my Parkinson’s worsen, I find myself moving and responding more slowly in all things. I truly appreciate the patience and time Travis spent explaining both what I needed and did not need. I also appreciated how he took the time to point out the WIFI availability & hookup [so I could continue working, while I waited]. He kept me apprised of the work, expected time to completion, and when time for him to go to lunch, he made sure I was handed off to another individual [young lady – Jennifer?] who was equally kind, patience and thorough. Thank you for always being an ‘unusual’ [in a good way] car dealership service department.

Extremely knowledgeable, the Service folks answer any and all questions (including some not asked which I super appreciate)! It is great to maintain a relationship (through the outstanding service department) with the dealer who sold me my vehicle.
