The biggest asset is Derek Sword in the Service Dept. at the Lexington, KY dealership. He personally went above and beyond keeping me informed about the work being done on my car and even made arrangements for me to get a loaner when it was going to take longer to complete the job than originally planned. Most Service Depts I have visited, could definitely use Derek to teach them the correct way to treat customers.
