Easy service department appointment process but disappointed when service manager didn't call me back. May have been on vacation because unusual not to get back to me. While vehicle being serviced shopped for new vehicle which I purchased the next day. Ray in sales was great to deal with again.

We walked in looking for a small SUV along with specifics of what we didn't want. MJ said he could put us in a new SUV for the price of a used one. And He was right! MJ listened to our wants and dislikes. He wasn't a pushy salesman. He worked according to our request/desires. Ben in Finanace worked with lenders to get the best rate possible for us. Service even took time to go over the vehicles features with us.
