I took my Buick envision in for service and was pleased with the service. When I pulled in I was met with an associate who went over what would be happening and just what was being taken care of. We went inside he showed me the waiting room and informed me that I could track the process at each station until it was done. It was a very good experience

Making my 15,000 mile service appointment online for my Buick was easy. I got in very quickly for my preferred Saturday. The accommodations in the Hyundai* lounge are very pleasing. There is a lot of room with refreshments to eat and drink while you wait. Several furniture arrangements fill the space, two flat screens and desk space with outlets if needed are available. My service technician answered the questions I had about GM service points, coupons and rebates. A paper and digital copy of services is provided. I have been using Don Franklin for 14 years. This is my fourth vehicle.
*Buick is currently being remodeled. Service performed in Hyundai service department.

I’ve always had an amazing experience working with Don Franklin. The service department does a great job, and they are very helpful about advising. My children all drive vehicles purchased at Don Franklin. I am very cautious about who I allow to work on my cars, and Don Franklin is my number one choice. I would rather pay more for a good value, but with Don Franklin you don’t have to pay more whether you are working with the sales team or the service team.

Finally, got your service department to make a timely service appointment. Last few times I called, I was given an appointment 3 to 4 weeks later which was not reasonable as my vehicle needed immediate repairs. I had to take my vehicle to Ron Hatfield the last few times as I could get prompt assistance and not have to wait several weeks when my vehicle was inoperable. Certainly made an impression as to future purchase of a new vehicle from DF. Hopefully, the problems with getting prompt service appointments have been resolved. I prefer using DF for service, but your past scheduling appointments made it impossible.
I look forward to buying the truck Monday. Salesman was amazing and without a doubt, he had a huge impact on me making the decision to buy from that dealership.

The service department on Richmond Road in Lexington found a serious problem that had not been found by Somerset used car intake. The error was acknowledged and properly corrected. Kaci Valdez oversaw this issue quite professionally We very much appreciate her efforts on our behalf.
