I got in touch with Don Franklin about a new ranger. We did the numbers on the phone without them trying to get me to come in. Ross was very easy to do business with. He found the truck I wanted on another lot, had it there when I arrived. We did the paperwork and I was there less than one and a half hours. It was a smooth and pleasant experience.
