I got in touch with Don Franklin about a new ranger. We did the numbers on the phone without them trying to get me to come in. Ross was very easy to do business with. He found the truck I wanted on another lot, had it there when I arrived. We did the paperwork and I was there less than one and a half hours. It was a smooth and pleasant experience.

When you rotate the tires on a vehicle, air pressure should be corrected to match the recommended psi for the new location on the vehicle. That didn’t happen during the service on my truck yesterday.
