I came in for a couple of issues with a jeep that I had purchased off don franklin in Columbia. I got there on time only had a short wait before they took it back, 2 hours later issues were fixed and I was back on the road. So far no more issues.

Wonderful customer service. May want to consider making a bigger, better design sign regarding coupons, discounts, etc. Then place it at eye level in more than one location. The one on the counter at customer check in is a white piece of paper with black lettered wording. Which is probably effective if keys, other papers and forms, stapler and pens aren't laying on the counter sign blocking the wording of the sign. Typically I, as a customer have no reason to look at the counter when I drop the keys off. On checking out I look down to sign for my vehicle, at that point I may see the sign. Which may require duplicate, unneeded work by the employees.
Just sayin.
