The people who work in the service department are very conscious of their own personal work actions toward customers. I was told when I commented on their great attitudes that the people who work in the Columbia store keep customer service and respect as their first priority.
Cody is hands down the best car salesman I’ve ever dealt with! He was honest, patient, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He actually listened to what I wanted instead of trying to upsell me. I was confident and taken care of - not pressured. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows how to treat customers right, he’s your guy! Also, Jason from the finance department. He worked hard as well. Getting my loan and my payments just as I requested.
