I had a noise coming from my LF Wheel, and brought it to Don Franklin without an appointment. The service rep, Jena, was super helpful, and had a technician test drive and ended up finding a rock wedged between the dust guard and wheel rotor. I was in and out in an hour. Excellent service, and I was very appreciative for them getting my truck addressed without an appointment… Thx!
I have to say everyone was great! One of the best car buying experiences. Highly recommend if you are looking for a New or Used car. The salesman Mike W. was very professional and he did not pressure us like alot of other salesman do. Go see Mike if you are in the market. Thank you again.

Jena Vanarsdale in the Service Department is why my family purchased a second vehicle from Don Franklin. Jena V. has gone above and well beyond any other service department employee I have ever dealt with. She even returned an email on a weekend when she was off and did not think twice about helping me with the issue I had with my then-GMC Yukon XL. Jena V. has always been readily available to answer questions and reserve appointments for service. Jena V. referred me to salesman Tanner Richmond. Tanner R. is the most professional and honest salesperson. He went beyond my expectations in helping my wife and I choose and purchase our new (to us) 2022 Silverado with no pressure. Because of Jena V. and Tanner R., I recommended my daughter and her husband to shop at Don Franklin; who also bought a Silverado. I can not say enough great things about Jena V. and Tanner R. As long as they are employees of Don Franklin, you have a customer.
