Our sales representative, Devin Boone, worked very hard to find the vehicle we wanted and that wasn't an easy task since we were looking for a 2023 model at the end of the year around the holidays and there wasn't a large selection. He wasn't a high-pressure salesperson and we appreciated that. We felt we were treated fairly regarding the price of the vehicle. All-in-all it was a positive experience working with Devin and purchasing a vehicle from Don Franklin.

I was very impressed with my salesman Steve Tichenor. He was very polite, friendly and was very helpful. After I talked to him a few minutes I felt like I had known him for a long time. There was no pressure at all to buy the vehicle. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle. Franklin Automotive had a big selection of vehicles and offered to bring in another vehicle I was interested in from another one of their dealerships.
The people are great. Everything else is average, honestly. If it wasn’t for Jena and Tanner then I would have just as much reason to go to another place
