Looked for 3 weeks for a particular Buick LaCrosse. Finally found one at your Bardstown dealership. After many disappointing drives to look at cars, I called your dealership and spoke with Tanner. As you were 3 1/2 hours away, Tanner jumped through all kinds of hoops to earn my business and my 3 1/2 hour drive. When I arrived at your dealership, the car was sitting all cleaned up and showed exceptionally well. Great presentation. A deal was put together and happily drove back home. After training salespeople and t.o’s for 30 years, you’ve got a gem sales rep, Tanner. He represents your company well. The score would be 10’s across the board. Well worth the drive. Although, the finance rep needs a refresher course. Maybe Tanner can bring him on board.
