I'm new in town.actually I'm from indiana.moved here back in November of 25.this was my first time bringing my truck here to don Franklin's dealership.your team is very polite and fast at getting your vehicle in to service.i actually left to go have supper with my sister and her husband and I returned to see truck sitting outside and ready to go.and was totally surprised to see you washed my truck.boy it was dirty.i thank you for a great job well done by your crew.i will be back.thats a promise........randy hamm..
Their service department is excellent, they go out of their way to help, easy to make appts, not long wait time, super friendly, and of course no one likes to pay for car repairs but Don Franklin auto is very reasonable, and as a woman car issues are troubling but this place is wonderful, very appreciative of their help

Franklin Brothers has always treated me with respect. I can always be sure they use the best products for my car.
Jenna went above and beyond saving me lots of money as I had no memory that I had the extended warranty, and it didn't initially show up. But she looked into it and got the majority of all of my costs covered. Also, there were two items that we were going to shop elsewhere to purchase.And in the long run turned out that the prices were absolutely as competitive at don franklin, and so we decided to bring the car back and let don franklin take care of all of the needs.
Everyone was professional, and friendly. That wasn't the first time for me getting service for my vehicle at Don Franklin in Bardstown, so I'll say the service has been great every time! 👍 Job well done!

It’s took about a month for me to get in to get my car checked out, but the employees there areVery friendly… Jen was awesome very polite very informational. She kept in contact with me to let me know what was going on every step of the way she is a very good worker and so down to earth I will definitely be back customer service like that is hard to come by. I have bought two cars and a truck-from this dealership only because their customer service is outstanding!

This is the second vehicle I have bought from the Bardstown location and both times I was very impressed. Devin Boone was extremely helpful and made the entire experience just absolutely perfect!
