The whole process was seamless. There were no high pressure sales tactics while I was shopping. When I found the Vehicle I wanted (that was not on the lot) the salesperson made arrangements for the vehicle to be delivered to the Bardstown location when it was available. I couldn’t be happier with the buying experience and would gladly recommend Don Franklin and Joshua Barrett to anyone in the market for a new GM product.

I’ve known the Franklin family for a very long time! I am originally from Adair County where Don opened up his first dealership. My family has purchased at least 7 vehicles from the Franklin Family of Dealerships. I currently own a Nissan Kicks purchased at Franklin Nissan in Columbia and my Mom owns a Chevy Impala purchased at Franklin Ford in Columbia. Our family trusts Eddie, Dan and the entire staff for all of our car shopping needs!
I like the fact that the Bardstown location has worked with me more than once when my service time hit during out of state trips out west & Florida. Appointments are easy to make, always on time or when I show up early. I have moved from near the Bardstown location & need to move my truck service to Glasgow which is closer for me. I hate to leave Bardstown because they have been so good to me but they tell me that I will like the Glasgow location. Thank you Don Franklin!!

We had a stress free buying experience with our recent vehicle purchase. Our sales person, Mike Wimsatt, was prompt with his communications, was honest with his representation of the vehicle, and went over and above in his effort to ensire the vehicle met our specifications.
T J Lawson, Manager of the location made it a point to welcome us and introduce himself on our first visit. Both Mike and T J were personable and it was obvious they didn’t want to sell us a vehicle but help us buy a vehicle and it was exhibited throughout the buying process.
