I like the fact that I can drive away and not worry about something major going wrong and getting stuck with a big repair bill. So the warranty is one of the things I like the best. This is my second time dealing with Don Franklin in less than a year and have just felt a connection with my salesman, once in Bardstown and once in Campbellsville.
