Don Franklin is always wonderful to work around a busy schedule. They always get me in and complete my oil changes quickly. When there was an issue with my car's turbo engine Don Franklin made sure to order parts and start working on it. While my car was being worked on, GM offered to cover the cost of a rental to get me back to my busy schedule 3 states away. Although there was a bumpy road getting the parts in, Don Franklin kept me up to date with what was going on every step of the way.
I have had service done in two different Don Franklin dealerships. All of the people at both dealerships were great. They are helpful and super nice. I will buy from Don Franklin again!
