While in a vacation in Bardstown, KY our 2020 Silverado 1500 Duramax suffered a catastrophic transmission failure. We were stranded and needed to get back home to GA. Then we met Lauren. She checked our vehicle I. And assured us that they would take care of the problem. Lauren provided a ride to the rental car location. She kept us informed and handled the warranty for the repairs. They even performed a maintenance issue and save me thousands. I wish we were closer so I could do all my auto business with Don Franklin from new purchase to repairs! It’s took about a month for me to get in to get my car checked out, but the employees there areVery friendly… Jen was awesome very polite very informational. She kept in contact with me to let me know what was going on every step of the way she is a very good worker and so down to earth I will definitely be back customer service like that is hard to come by. I have bought two cars and a truck-from this dealership only because their customer service is outstanding!
