My wife and I were in to look at bike helmets and Jose G. was very knowledgeable. We had narrowed down what we were looking for and he helped us get the right helmets with the correct fits and we ended up purchasing two helmets. He really took the time to make sure we were happy with our purchase.
We had previously been customers of Penn Cycle in Eagan and we were happy to see that Freewheel has really improved the experience. We also really appreciated the Covid-19 precautions.
We look forward to shopping there often.

Very helpful. Always comes through with what we need. The last time we were there the person helping us knew we were concerned with the cost and offered to sign us up for the membership that saves us 20%.

Had exactly what I was looking for. Very helpful and showed me options without being pushy. Everyone was really friendly and seemed like they actually enjoyed doing their jobs. Getting more and more rare in retail!
