I utilized your e-commerce site to order a Burley Bee bike trailer which I picked up at the Eagan store. After placing my order I received a follow up phone call from your Customer Service person who told me that if need be, the item was available that day at the Woodbury store if I did not want to wait another day to pick it up in Eagan. At the same time she explained the benefits of the Freewheel Fanatics Club Membership which I was unaware of and have taken advantage of. The next day I received a phone call from the Eagan store that the item was at the store. When visiting the store the pick up went seamlessly, as expected, and I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. As a result of this experience, Freewheel is now my bike shop of choice.

I've normally been able to source whatever I need to keep 3 road bikes working and to do so at a reasonable cost. Customer parking is adequate. Access to a major highway, Cliff Road, is reasonable.

This is the only Trek dealership near Twin Cities that I could find. The staff was really helpful and helped me find the right bike that I needed pretty quickly.

I stopped in to buy some new grips for my bike. The grips I wanted were not in stock at this location but they were able to order them in for me. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely be going back in the future.

I've been going to Freewheel for over 40 years (from when it was Penn Cycle, original store in Richfield.) I've bought 3 bikes and more parts than I can count over the years, from a salvage bike (which I combined with a bike I crashed) to brand new carbon road bikes. Parts, tools, accessories and more -- nothing I have not bought there. They offer great products, capable mechanics and service staff and a terrific range of everything bike-related. There is no question that I will be back to one of the many locations soon -- in fact I just visited yesterday!

I had a flat tire on my bike. They took my bike in the back and replace the tube immediately and I was done and out of there in 10 minutes. It was very nice of them to do it right away. Great service, pleasant salespeople.

Good selection and fast service

I drop off my bike knowing that the good people at Freewheel are weeks behind in bike maintenance. They said they’d take a look at it that day or the next and would get back to me on the problem (bike not shifting properly). I selfishly was hoping for a quick fix since I was planning on a ride the next morning.
I get a call just 5 hours later to learn that not only did they diagnose the problem but they did the work AND the bike is ready for pick up.
Literally every time I come into Freewheel these people go above and beyond to get my bike working at top condition. They are friendly and share the same enthusiasm/passion as I do about bikes. Freewheelers seem to always find a way to help you out at a good price.
Needless to say, I got out for an amazing ride the next morning and it was all because of Freewheel and their staff (in this tough, tough time).
