Jose at the Eagan store was so helpful. I came to your store because you had a bike in stock that I could take for ride. Jose adjusted the seat and I went for a ride. I wasn't sure about spending so much money and after some discussion with him, he said we could have it held for 20% down. After we researched online, I decided I wanted to try a different bike. He was very knowledgeable about all the details of each bike. I did try that bike the next day and I still wasn't sure. He said they could have a different size put together for me to try. We came back and worked with him again. He was so helpful and patient with all our questions. Not a heavy push salesman, just wanted to make us happy. Give him a raise!
