We brought our bikes in for a "check up" after not having ridden them for several years. All of our contact with the staff in Eagan were professional, friendly and helpful. The bikes were ready when expected and the the price for the check up was fair.

The eagan location was much more helpful than the MPLS location. The Eagan location while practicing social distancing still understood the concept of doing business. When at the MPLS location they broke fire code by locking the door with a dead bolt so you would have no way to get out in an emergency. When I asked about this the worker told me it was above his pay grade and refused to keep the door unlocked. I guess the safety of wearing masks out weighs the safety of let’s say an air compressor or something starting in fire.

The Orbea bike we purchased is well built and was a great suggestion by your staff. Staff was very polite and knowledgeable. They truly represent what great customer service should be. I would highly recommend Freewheel, especially your Eagan location. We will definitely be back!
