I really like your stores. Have bought 2 bikes from you and various accessories.
When I picked up my bike yesterday, I noticed that the steering neck which had been changed for me, had not been tightened, and When I turned a corner, the front wheel went straight. I walked it home and tightened it. I only mention it so you can remind the techs to double check. It will NOT discourage me from recommend your stores.

The Eagan location appears to have stepped up their staffing and now have adequate personnel to handle a still increased level of activity. Regardless, several of the original technicians from earlier this year have continued to be helpful.
