Good selection and fast service

I drop off my bike knowing that the good people at Freewheel are weeks behind in bike maintenance. They said they’d take a look at it that day or the next and would get back to me on the problem (bike not shifting properly). I selfishly was hoping for a quick fix since I was planning on a ride the next morning.
I get a call just 5 hours later to learn that not only did they diagnose the problem but they did the work AND the bike is ready for pick up.
Literally every time I come into Freewheel these people go above and beyond to get my bike working at top condition. They are friendly and share the same enthusiasm/passion as I do about bikes. Freewheelers seem to always find a way to help you out at a good price.
Needless to say, I got out for an amazing ride the next morning and it was all because of Freewheel and their staff (in this tough, tough time).

Had an issue with my new bike purchase. Tyson took care of it quickly and professionally. I respect the way it was handled and the communication throughout. While the initial issue is disappointing, I’d be happy to recommend others to ask for Tyson for any sort of maintenance or repair needs.

I bought a new bike and it's great! The staff was friendly and able to answer all my questions.

Very personable staff treated me with respect even though I had really screwed up my bike trying to repair it myself. They recommended a great bottom bracket and got me back on the trail quickly considering it’s peak season right now. I’ll be bringing my bike here for service from now on.
