The Trek Verve is a great quality recreational bike that you provide. The sales assistant was very helpful, the kickstand was installed as promised and the two black glove deliveries for each bike (two deliveries were required as one bike needed to be built) was extremely helpful. The bikes were in perfect condition, clean and were 100% ready to ride upon receipt.

The staff are aweosme. Polite, assertive, and funny. This was my first bike in decades and I came out with knowledge. And got talked into a helmet I didn't want but safety concerns were given. Thank you for that, I might not like it but it's safe. You guys rock!

Although overwhelmed with COVID 19 and being super busy, you guys said that you are doing your best but not providing the level of customer service that you normally do. You were honest and transparent. That meant a lot. Also, great bike and expected price.
