The customer service has always been superb. We were there on a Sunday. Always busy. We were acknowledged right away. We needed service and helmets. So we had two different employee contacts. Both quick, knowledgeable and focused on us. I didn't get the service guys name, but Ray helped us with our helmets. Really enjoyed his experience and knowledge.
He hooked us up with the program where you get a 10% or 20% when purchasing. So many things i want to get - a jersey, another water bottle, a little headlight for my husbands helmet, the bike map, . . . .
You have an amazing selection in such a little store. I really enjoy walking around and am amazed at how futuristic bikes and stuff look now. Husband and I are nearing retirement and we looking for a hobby. And a lot of upgrades. And your store is going to help us get there~!
