Friendly customer service.

The technician I worked with (sorry I don't have his name) was very thorough in his evaluation of my bike, only determining that a new chain was needed. He was also very helpful in suggesting light accessories, a bell, as well as a carrying case for the back of my bike.

All work was completed on the bike the same day, and it was nice to receive the text message when the bike was ready to be picked up.

The employees were so friendly and knowledgeable and really wanted to get us something that worked for us.

I called about a bike rack. They had one delivered from another FW, assembled it for me and I had it in less than 24 hours. Also the price was less than any other venders. The store was busy, but they waited on me in less than five minutes and made sure I understood the rack before I left. I couldn't have had a better experience.

The store had a good selection of products to choose from. The sales team was knowledgeable and helpful.

Everyone was friendly, and even with the covid restrictions of # of people in the facility, they did their best to keep everyone updated on timing on who they could help next. We were there on Saturday, so it was busy, at one time there were at least 5 different people waiting outside, not sure how you’d change this with restrictions, plus all of the sales folks were busy anyway. Overall, very good experience even with the wait times.

We like the very knowledgeable and friendly staff and the large in-store inventory of bikes, accessories, and clothing. This is a terrific bike shop. I miss the old Penn cycle but the transition has been excellent. Andrew has routinely provided a superb assessment of the bike repair and lays out the options clearly.

Good repair shop

Patient and helpful with recommendations, and accommodating of shifting attention of a 12 year old.

Freewheel is our family’s go to service for fixing bikes. We have active kids who frequently damage their bikes. The service at Freewheel is quick and well done. We can get right back out on the bike trails!
