Honest mechanic over-rode an earlier assessment by check-in person and saved me $60 because one of the parts was fully operational. Informed me that a yearly tune-up was something of the past. I’m now a fan of Free Wheel - as I was of penn bikes!

I'd love to see some women represented among your staff. Both the day I dropped off my bike and the day I picked it up, everyone I saw working appeared to be men.
