The staff at this shop are great. I came in with a myriad of small things going on with my bike. They listened and suggested quick fixes for all. They could’ve put the bike in the service que and charged me hundreds of dollars - I would not have know the difference. Instead they made the necessary tweaks right then plus a few other suggestions. And the bike is working great.

Jamey/Jaime was very attentive and professional; I assumed a repeatedly recurring flat tire in my front wheel Trek meant I minimally needed a new tube and probably a wholly new tire given multiple tiny glass shards embedded. But he proposed trying to remove the shards as tire overall was still in good shape, saving me about $40 and fixed w a smile promptly. A very good experience. David F.

Mike went above and beyond to help me find the right bike for me. I had to return a bike I ordered from Amazon I brought in for your builders to put together and it was defective. Mike helped me understand the problem and helped me disassemble to put back in my car as I could not manage this myself. He is extremely knowledgeable about bikes and took the time to help me find the perfect bike for my situation. I can’t wait for it to come in. I am so happy with my experience at Freewheel and am confident my purchase of a bike from them was a success ! Thank you Mike for everything!!!

The clerk wisely surmised that I did not change my own chain very often, so he made a point of “reminding” me which direction the chain the quick link need to be installed to avoid having issues later. I appreciated him educating me on this because the one other time I tried it myself, I managed to put it on backwards. Well done!
