For many years I have said Freewheel has the best bike mechanics in the Twin Cities, My recent repair at the Richfield store once again confirmed it. The mechanics are really knowledgeable, knows how to fix it the first time, and great to deal with. There is no other shop in town I would trust my bike with!

I stopped in with brakes that weren’t working well. The employee was able to take a look, diagnose a very unsafe braking situation, and immediately fix it so I could get back on the road. I know how busy bike shops are this time of year, so I was extra grateful they were able to help me on the spot, since my bike was un-rideable and I had no other transportation at the time. Thank you!
The whole group in Richfield was very helpful in getting me an OEM Electra rear rack for Gigi. I had called the Minneapolis store first and Hans was very helpful too! Richfield found a box large enough and shipped it to Ohio for me. It was the only silver aluminum rack available in the US and they understood my need to keep my Electra collection in tip top shape. They always kept me in the loop by calling and emailing me during the process. Thanks so much!
