Brought bike in with flat tire. Staff very accommodating and had diagnosis (very small wire had penetrated), and new inner tube installed in 20’. Very positive experience.

Look, I hate filling these things out. The only reason I'm doing so is that the Richfield shop is so utterly awesome. The guys there are all smart and supportive and skilled. They have made useful recommendations, done brilliant adjustments, and have never once made fun of me for being old, fat, or riding an e-bike. They are just great! They recommended an upgrade to my tires after I got too many flats, and I haven't had a flat since. They recommended the exact right rear view mirror, different than what I thought I wanted, but it was exactly right. They did something with spacers that I do not understand which stopped the chain from jumping off the gears. I just love this place SO MUCH.
