The srvice was good and also friendly. I do most of my business with the Freewheel in Bloomington only 1.5 mi. from home, but Richfield happened to have the color that was my first choice, already assembled and ready to go out the door. The Richfield worked well with the Bloomington store and had me set up with my new bike very quickly.

After a frustrating service experience at Hoigaards with my Domaine Trek, I walked into your store and within 3 minutes Andrew was able to diagnose the problem, program and trim my derailers. This will be my go-to bike store! He also showed me some new handlebar options to improve the fit of my bike which I intend to have installed this season.

We had a great experience at Freewheel! My daughter had outgrown her 16” Precaliber and was ready to move up to a larger bike. We saw that Freewheel had a 24” Precaliber in Aloha Green, which was her preference. I called ahead to see if it was still available, and they told me it was already built and ready to go. We drove down to check it out and were quickly greeted at the door. We explained what we were looking for, and were taken over to the section with smaller bikes. They adjusted the seat, my daughter hopped on, and it looked like a good fit. We said we would take it, and they took it in back for a once over, so adding a bottle cage and bell. The store was busy, but we were treated like the only ones there. It was great service and I will continue to go back to Freewheel! They are a great local bike shop that I’m glad to support.

Variety and current

Did a great job with the bike tuneup. Only problem is that they somehow missed my appointment and I had to call a couple days later to ask where my bike was. They got it done quickly after that and did a good job.
