Took my bike in and it was fixed on the spot with very minimal labor cost only and no new parts needed. Much quicker and cheaper than I was expecting and the service was a 10 out of 10.

Fast, competent service

Great service as usual. Would have been great if Shimano had warranted my crank that was only a year old but I guess these modern components are light weight and fragile and I may have not torqued the pedals correctly.

Great CREATIVE common sense solutions, as well as new product knowledge. Andrew's attention to detail, patience with dealing with me as a novice, and steady guidance has been invaluable. It has greatly improved my cycling.
The support the entire shop has given me while on a tour, literally troubleshooting a problem from the roadside has been second to none. I was able to get back on the road and enjoy the rest of my trip. We had trouble with a tire and they managed the warranty, and got me squared away with a new set of tires.

I visited Freewheel Bike in Richfield to have my wife’s TREK Verve2 repaired- rear hydraulic brake not working and an issue with shifting. Andrew quickly assessed the bike, figured out we had a leak and a bent derailleur. He checked to see if he had the brake parts on hand, he didn’t, but found them at another location and told me I could leave the bike and he’d have it fixed early the following week- I dropped it off on a Friday. Got a text msg at 7:59pm that the bike was fixed on Weds evening and picked it up yesterday and all works great. It’s a terrific, efficient bike shop staffed by bike guys who know their stuff and take care of business. Thanks much

I had very good customer service. It had been many decades since I had purchased a bike and so I had many questions and didn't even know where to begin. Jamie answered all my questions, made some suggestions and I was able to try three bikes before deciding. All the accessories were also available at the same time.

Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and had the right selection of parts.

I appreciated the info provided by the retail staff. Matt was very helpful. And the salesperson yesterday was also helpful with a saddle purchase yesterday.
