I've been to many freewheel bike shops across the twin cities. This one and Eagan are the only two I will go to even though they are on the opposite side of the cities for me due to good workers.

I like how the two older guys at the Richfield location always take the time to answer any questions I have even when there’s no incentive for them to answer. Both super great and I always come back since they play 89.3 the current

Your store consistently has the best customer service of any of the Freewheel bike stores I've been to. This isn't the closest to my house, but I enjoy interacting with your store for service/parts so I'll keep coming back.

I needed a freewheel tool and the Riverside store didn't have it so I drove down to Richfield. Everyone was nice, helpful, etc. And answered some mechanical questions. It's a nice store, not as big as Riverside but cozy and friendly.
