Service guy was extremely knowledgeable about bikes, costs, and practicalities of repairing an old bike versus buying a new one. Surprisingly, the recommendation was to repair rather than replace. Advice was clear and concise; accurate estimate was given. Work was done exactly as specified. Very pleased with entire process.
