Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Sometimes bike shops are intimidating or elitist and Freewheel was not like that at all.

I brought my bike in with a flat rear tire this week. You fixed it while I waited, and it took just 20 minutes or so. I was a little lucky to hit you when you weren’t very busy, but I appreciate your quick service. Hang in there through this awful COVID summer!
I went to the Eagan store they didn't have what I wanted but Richfield did (10-15 minutes away) so they sent me there. I was treated very well at the Richfield store as well.
