Expert advice on bikes and services

First name removed was very friendly and helpful in picking out some new shoes.

the culture in your Penn Cycle stores has changed in the last year since you took over. Employees are more friendly, they seem happy to be there. Something about the old Penn cycle seemed uptight, can't put my finger on it but you guys are awesome.

Friendly knowledgeable staff.
