Friendly staff - and very knowledgable service folks. I do a lot of work at home myself, but when I get stuck I come in. You've solved an odd hub adjustment, faced a fork crown race bed, and fixed a shifting issue at different times.

Marty and the team at Freewheel / Penn cycle are fantastic. They offer helpful advice and thoughtful answers to our many questions. They have helped us on many issues of the last several months including bike repair, new bike testing, children’s bikes, electric bikes, bike accessories and much more. I highly recommend this store and team.

Honestly, I go here for the customer service. The employees are always extremely helpful without being arrogant or pushy. I’ve had bad experiences elsewhere with staff either ignoring me, not knowing what they’re talking about, or being arrogant and disrespectful. I’ve always had positive experiences at Freewheel and will continue coming back. Thank you!

Thanks for helping me pick out components for fixing up my vintage folding bike! I really appreciate your advice for rust removal and the quick tutorial on hub gears, and your encouragement when I said I wanted to do the work myself. Thanks for not trying to talk me into leaving my bike for a tune-up or pricey components I didn't need. I'll definitely be back :)
