the culture in your Penn Cycle stores has changed in the last year since you took over. Employees are more friendly, they seem happy to be there. Something about the old Penn cycle seemed uptight, can't put my finger on it but you guys are awesome.

I greatly appreciate your quick service. I brought my bike in for a derailier adjustment, turned out to be a broken derailier which was repaired while I waited.
Most importantly, the mechanical work seems so far to be done right, and the first time as well.
Secondly, the people at the Richfield store seem ptrofessional and that they appreciate the business.
Mainly, the mechanical work is my main issue. I have an issue that needs fixing on my gravel bike, and will be greatly relieved if they can adjust it promptly. I know that during these Covid-19 times it is much more difficult for shops, but I need a shop that I can rely on to bring my expensive bikes to.
