Jamie was so helpful. He fixed the bike right out in the parking lot and helped me reload it in the car... heavy spin cycle. It required a special tool but he had it fixed in 10 minutes and charge a reasonable fee. $10
So glad to get back on the bike after knee surgery for rehab.
