I've bought 3 bikes from Freewheel (formally Penn Cycle) and have been buying parts for various projects for almost 50 years from the original store on Penn avenue. I've got nothing but good things to say about Freewheel and kind memories of working on bikes when I was a Richfield kid. I can recommend them without hesitation, and will without doubt be back. Probably soon!

I really appreciate the personal attention in the Richfield location, it's a great bunch of guys. And their work is high quality and efficient (I often just wait and hang out in the store during some smaller service needs).

And I definitely love the Trek e-bike that I bought there! I've been a loyal Trek rider since the mid-80s when I bought my Trek 400 at Twin Ports Cyclery in Duluth. :)
