I love the service team. They do a thorough job on everything and usually have a quick turnaround.
I just bought a beautiful Trek Crossover at your Richfield location. I appreciated my conversations with 4 different employees over a 2 month period as I considered my purchase. Once I finished the purchase of my bike I was able to find almost all of the accessories I wanted. I'll continue to buy bike products through freewheel and I will bring others.
The great folks at the Penn Ave have my loyalty as a customer. I have even stopped by unannounced on three separate occasions (one was for a wobbly wheel which they trued up by tightening spokes) and another after a minor crash that seemed to knock my derailer a little wonky (third was for a tire and tube change). I don't expect they would be able to do on-demand repairs or assessments ALL the time, so I am really grateful for these times of quick response! In fact, I was also told to watch my rim after the spoke tightening, as there was the beginning of a small crack. That's the kind of service that will keep me spirited about cycling AND keep me safe on the road. 10/10 have recommended. It's all about the people.
