My wife and i bought 2 Trek Allant+ 7S E-bikes from Brian at your Freewheel Woodbury store. I've been researching these bikes for years, and it finally seems they have reached a mature developed reliable platform without significant step change improvements year after year. I visited the store several times reviewing the bikes, as well as cross shopping other brands at other dealers. I was most impressed with and resulted in our purchase of the bikes because of:
1. Quality of the Trek/Bosch product,
2. Great service and patience from Brian and his common sense, no pressure approach,
3. Local reputable dealership service,
4. Trek's nationwide dealer network
5. Ability to mount an additional 500whr battery to the frame for long bike trips
Additionally, the Allant's rack' lended itself to easily mount our existing Topeak rear rack bags w/ panniers (which we love), with a rack adapter.
I have ridden a bit this winter, but waiting for it to warm up. We plan on riding the bike trails in Wisconsin/Minnesota, as well as 2 tracks and Mickelson Trail in the Black Hills.
