Mike was great, very knowledgeable about the bikes, went over all the perks of the bike I ended up buying. He was able to answer all my questions. I was able to purchase the bike and take it home all in the same day. Mike even tried to get my new bike in the back of my SUV for me, but was unable. ( Chevy Trax, a smaller SUV). Freewheel is now delivering it to me on Tuesday, which is a very impressive customer service deed. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to buy bike anytime soon😀🚲 I had a very awesome experience with them.
I walked in the door and saw a bike all ready to test drive. The person (Paul) who waited on me was very nice and very knowledgeable. He let me ride the bike outside and answered all my questions. He helped me fit the bike into the car and I was off with my new bike in 30 minutes.
