My wife and i bought 2 Trek Allant+ 7S E-bikes from Brian at your Freewheel Woodbury store. I've been researching these bikes for years, and it finally seems they have reached a mature developed reliable platform without significant step change improvements year after year. I visited the store several times reviewing the bikes, as well as cross shopping other brands at other dealers. I was most impressed with and resulted in our purchase of the bikes because of:
1. Quality of the Trek/Bosch product,
2. Great service and patience from Brian and his common sense, no pressure approach,
3. Local reputable dealership service,
4. Trek's nationwide dealer network
5. Ability to mount an additional 500whr battery to the frame for long bike trips
Additionally, the Allant's rack' lended itself to easily mount our existing Topeak rear rack bags w/ panniers (which we love), with a rack adapter.
I have ridden a bit this winter, but waiting for it to warm up. We plan on riding the bike trails in Wisconsin/Minnesota, as well as 2 tracks and Mickelson Trail in the Black Hills.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for 45NRTH studded tires. The 45NRTH website said the Woodbury store had them in stock. This is typically not the Freewheel store I go to. They mounted the tires and contacted me in exactly the time they promised. They contacted me via text message. All is good! Take Care!
The friendly atmosphere. The tips the mechanics gave. The sales person asking the mechanic that I ordered a 28-32 tube but ordered at 35 tire and should a larger tube be used, and the mechanic suggested yes and explained the reasoning for that. I was asked if I wanted the old tube and studded tire back, and I said no, asking if they had a recycling area. The mechanics suggested I take the tire, and use the studs from the old tire to replace lost studs in the new tire.
My experience was with a phone order out of town. I appreciated Brian's willingness to help me with a preorder deposit, answer my questions without making me feel rushed, and their quick response once the item arrived.
From my first phone call ordering my new tires to them strapping my bike on my bike rack after completing the work I was treated with top notch customer service.
