Very patient staff as we tried several different bikes. They were able to answer our questions and were not explain the differences between models. No pressure in pushing us towards a certain model, let us decide what was best for our needs and budget.
I bought my Trek bike at the Woodbury store last Fall. I’ve done business with NOW and Erik’s and Freewheel is clearly head and shoulders above them in every aspect. The service department is amazing and friendly. I’ve stopped in unannounced with a few minor issues and they drop what they are doing to help me. You have a customer for life and your business model is outstanding.
I like all the sales personnel. Everyone gives a positive vibe for biking. The have conversation rather than sales pitches. One of my favorite hang outs.

I trust Woodbury Freewheel to service my bike and what I like about the staff there is they treat my bikes like their own. They're always helpful and give great advice. Mike (mechanic), in particular, does a really great job providing service recommendations and seems to me to be a very skilled mechanic. I think he's a great asset to your team and his passion for bikes is easy to see!
