I bought a new bike from amazon. Upon it's arrival, it was 85% put together. I needed to assemble the front tire, and the handlebars. I then tried to ride the bike, but the gear changing was not working properly. I tried calling bike repair shops to get it looked at and possibly fixed. I called Erik's first, and they stated they could look at it in about 2 - 3 months. I then called Bicycle Medic, and they said it would be 2-3 weeks, but suggested I try Freewheel bike. That is how I came to select your business. When I called, The rep stated I could bring it in now, since it was a simple derailleur adjustment. Upon bringing it in, the tech took it in the work area and fixed my problem. It took only about 15 minutes. Since it was repaired so quickly, I decided to purchase some gloves, a saddle bag, a water bottle and a bottle basket. I will recommend Freewheel Bike to anybody that is looking for a recommendation, as your service is excellent.
