Original sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful (Bryan). He also kept us updated frequently on the many delays in the arrival of our Trek e-bike purchases from the factory. When the bikes arrived the person who helped us (I think his name was Trevor) was also very helpful and answered all our questions well.
