The team was very friendly, helpful, flexible and responsive. They quickly ordered the tire I needed and then when I determined I needed a second tire, adjusted the order. The install was quick and immediate. The technician took the time to help me find the tiny wire that embedded in my tire that had caused my multiple flats and showed me a systematic approach on how to find this type of issue in the future. He also answered questions on my thru axles and speed/cadence counter and helped me understand recent advances in tire technology. I never felt as if he was rushing me. Great customer service!!

Just getting to know Brian (store GM) and Will (mechanic) has been a blessing. They are good guys, knowledgeable, and accommodating, accessible to me for whatever particular mountain bike need I may have.
Brian replies to my emails efficiently--even on his days off.
Mike the senior mechanic has also been very helpful to me in solving a dropper post problem I had encountered.
Freewheel is loyal to its employees, keeping them for a long time, and keeping them happy. Other shops seem unable/unwilling to do that, esp. the larger ones.
