Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Helped me select things to go with my bike purchase with out being pushy and overall made the whole process very easy. While looking for my bike I had gone to a competitor to check theirs and they seemed very put out that they had to search for a bike that would work for my short stature so that was very off-putting. I am glad I came back to this store for my final decision.
