Mail order full suspension Mtb was delivered perfect, hand packed, drivetrain n brake tune, ready to ride out of the box. The build quality was meticulous. I checked every bolt and joint that required grease and confirmed they did an excellent job. Carbon race bike was delivered flawless, no scratches, not even a greasy finger print.

Service is top notch! There is always someone there to greet you and ask if they can help. Any minor bike adjustments are done on the spot. I'm always treated with respect and patience and techs are always there to answer any questions or concerns. Often I find myself singing the praises of Freewheel in Woodbury to strangers while on my rides.

Great service and the employees are exceptionally nice
Went to get my rear tire put back on, amazing service. They fixed it immediately and even did a couple of other adjustments to make my ride better. I went to a local competitor in Woodbury before trying them and they were not friendly, almost upset that I needed service. They told me there was nothing they could do but I could make an appointment for 6 weeks later. Freewheel will be my bike shop moving forward.
