I ordered my Trek FX 3 on a Thursday and I received a notification by text and email that the bike had arrived Mid-Afternoon on Monday. I picked it up after work and they had it ready to ride within a half hour. They had everything I could possibly want for my bike in stock. I was thrilled to be able to go on my initial ride with my bike group that night. The next day I brought the bike in for some minor adjustments which they did on the spot. Their entire staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Freewheel Bike to anyone looking for a new bike or for service on an existing bike.

The Freewheel maintenance team is knowledgeable, skilled and completes their work in a timely manner at fair prices. In my experience they're honest about what needs to be done and don't push or recommend unnecessary work - it seems they kind of take a "what would I do if this were my bike" approach when assessing what needs to be done. It's nice to find that transparency and honesty.

Staff was very knowledgeable about bikes and not pushy. They helped us to order in a bike from another store and it arrived the next day. Also, I really appreciated that they walked us through service recommendations and that the first tune up is free. We marked our calendar with a reminder. Freewheel has a good selection of quality bikes and accessories with friendly staff. We’ve been buying there for years and plan to continue to return. Thanks to the Woodbury team for your help.
