I got a nice bike and it was delivered across the country more quickly than I expected. Only small issue was that one of the tubes had a leak and I had to replace it when assembling the bike

Well, I purchased 3 bikes this year from FreeWheel Woodbury. I'd say that speaks for itself. And why did I go to FreeWheel in Woodbury when there is a very good bike shop in my home town? I did so on the recommendation of a friend. Again, that must say something. Now lets see how long-term customer service plays out.
