The people in the store create a very relaxed environment. They will greet you, ask if you need help, then step back, allowing the customer to wander and window-shop. When I do have questions, they are more than willing to give great advice, not simply push high-end products at me. They have a great inventory of many bikes and accessories. I enjoy visiting the store, even when I am not in need of any particular good or service.
Clean and organized retail and maintenance space. Organized and shadowed tools conveyed competency. Straight forward timely assessment. Extremely timely and professional voicemail. I was less concerned about price because of the other factors above. Best of luck in Woodbury!
That new indoor cycling set up where you can race people from all over the world my favorite bikes in there cyclocross bikes fat bikes road bikes e-bikes and really awesome pair of winter riding boots I want to get it's been nice meeting a lot of guys that worked already a lot of people.
